Black and Blue source all their steak and burger meat from the UK, ensuring that we remain ethically and environmentally sound. All our steak is acquired from Nigel Fredericks, founded in 1890, which has become one of the UK's finest suppliers of meat, poultry and game. The beef is sourced from farmers they know and trust in Yorkshire and Lancashire.

Black and Blue's steak is stored in state of the art, climate controlled facilities, and kept in the Dry Aging room for a minimum 28 days, to ensure ultimate tenderisation and the best possible flavour.
