Black and Blue uses Ellis of Richmond to source and advise on our wine selection. Founded in 1822, Ellis of Richmond are prominent suppliers of wines and represent award winning producers from around the world.

Many of these vineyards are family estates making niche wines which have attracted the press and gained many awards. We continue to search for new undiscovered vineyards and seek wines that are made by dynamic and innovative winemakers who share our love of wine and a partnership philosophy. Black and Blue strives to offer more than just the typical big names in wine, we also want to represent the more individual and bespoke vineyards in our attempt to complement our carefully sourced and prepared meats.

The strength of our list and its selection is its variety, encompassing well structured wines from around the globe. Whether it's a Pinot Noir from New Zealand, a Gris de Gris from Provence or Chateau Talbot we have the right wine for you to enjoy.
